The Civil Society Educational project aims to educate people about the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in three Governorates of Upper Egypt (Minya, Fayoum and Qena) and works with local Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), media, academic institutions, schools and businesses. The objective is to use various popular media to generate a greater awareness of the MDGs among citizens in the governorates of Upper Egypt and encourage their participation in initiatives contributing towards achieving the MDGs.
