يعد ختان الإناث مشكلة منتشرة في مصر, و تؤثر المشكلة تقريبا على 96% من الإناث المصريات المتزوجات. تمثل المشكلة تعدي أساسي على حقوق الإنسان و التي من الممكن أن تسبب آلاما شديدة, مشاكل في الولادة و مشاكل نفسية, اختلال في الوظائف الجنسية و مشاكل صحية مميتة.

يهدف المشروع ذو الأربع سنوات إلى محو التعصب, توسيع حوار السياسات و تحقيق التغيرات السلوكية على مستوى واسع من القضايا المتعلقة بالشباب (المساواة بين الجنسين, عمالة الطفل, أطفال الشوارع, الإعاقة, تعاطي المخدرات, الإيدز و نقص المناعة, و قضايا أخرى). Read
